Today’s lesson featured a variety of animation techniques that are used to enhance the atmosphere of the featured animated scene.

The software used in today’s demonstration is Adobe After Effects, as stated earlier and artwork was provided by Lydia Oscar. The scene comprises of multiple layers that have been produced within Adobe Photoshop, once the composition was completed it was then imported into Adobe After Effects for animating. The composition is methodically organised within Adobe After Effects and a 3D layering process is used to create a feeling of depth to the artwork layers within the composition.
